Kaley believes in creating a therapeutic environment that is supportive, collaborative, and appropriately challenging. Her approach is rooted in client-centered, strengths-based care, and she draws from modalities such as CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, and parts work, often incorporating mindfulness and interpersonal frameworks in sessions. Central to her work is the belief that all clients are capable of achieving their own unique goals and are worthy of living rich, fulfilling lives.

Prior to pursuing a career in clinical social work, Kaley spent many years working in client-facing roles in the software space, informing her unique perspective on purpose exploration, identity, and life transitions. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College in 2015, where she was also a member and captain of the soccer team, and her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2025. She has experience providing clinical case management, group, and individual therapy to primarily female-identifying clients navigating substance use, trauma, and co-occurring mental health challenges. Most recently, she worked as a clinician at a substance use treatment facility in Denver, serving clients across OP, IOP, and PHP levels of care.

Outside of work, you can find Kaley on her yoga mat, baking banana chocolate chip muffins, at a concert, or spending time outdoors – likely hiking, backpacking, skiing, or fly fishing—with her dog, Remy, her husband, and loved ones.
