With five years of experience in behavioral health, Rosemary brings compassion, authenticity, and purpose to her role as an Adolescent Business Development Representative at The Redpoint Center. She holds a degree in Human Development and Family Relations and is deeply passionate about supporting adolescents and families as they navigate the path toward healing. Rosemary’s dedication to this work is deeply personal—her own experience as a teenager seeking mental health support inspired her to pursue a career helping others find the care and connection she once needed herself.

Outside of work, Rosemary enjoys spending time with loved ones and her dog, traveling, and finding new creative outlets. She values connection, growth, and authenticity—qualities that guide her both personally and professionally and reflect the heart of Redpoint’s mission.
