As someone who has personally experienced the struggles of alcoholism, addiction, and homelessness, Randy is truly passionate about helping others overcome difficulties and find true joy and happiness in their lives. The Redpoint Sober Living and IOP program played a special role in his recovery journey. Randy is thrilled at the opportunity to freely give back the gifts he has received from the support of the recovery community.

Finding real meaning in life through faith and being of service, he has become an incredible source of hope and inspiration to fellow travelers. Randy has experience as a recovery coach and support group leader. He completed a Peer Support Specialist training program and is always looking to gain new knowledge and skills that help him in his quest of service. Randy is a loving father who enjoys fly fishing, hiking, camping and spending time in nature. As a former touring musician, Randy also has a passion for music. On Sundays, he can be found playing guitar in the worship band at his church.
