Jonathan De Carlo

Jonathan brings nearly three decades of experience in addiction recovery, mental health care, and organizational leadership to his role as Director of Growth & Strategy at The Redpoint Center. Since 1995, he has dedicated his work to supporting individuals, families, and organizations through thoughtful, trauma-informed, and values-driven care.

In addition to his work at Redpoint, Jonathan is the co-owner of Ross Hollow Counseling & Consulting, where he provides psychosocial rehabilitation, individual, group, marriage, and family therapy, as well as organizational development and executive coaching. He also serves as a senior consultant and former CEO of C4 Consulting, Inc., and is a current board member of the C4 Recovery Foundation.

Jonathan is a Certified Addiction Specialist and a nationally recognized consultant and trainer. He is also a certified Helping Men Recover Consultant & Trainer through Griffin Recovery Enterprises, specializing in Men's Integrated Treatment and Trauma-Informed Care. He is the co-author of Healing Men's Pain (published October 2024) and the forthcoming Healing Women's Pain, to be released by Wiley Press in February 2026.

With over a decade dedicated to organizational health and strategic growth, Jonathan is deeply passionate about helping organizations thrive through Values-Based Care, Trauma-Informed Care, and Measurement-Based Care practices. His work is grounded in collaboration, sustainability, and long-term impact.

Jonathan holds degrees in Philosophy, Psychology, and Theology, and his diverse background across integrated care settings allows him to bring a thoughtful, systems-oriented approach to both clinical and organizational work. At Redpoint, he is deeply committed to strengthening our mission, supporting our partners, and expanding access to high-quality, compassionate care for the communities we serve.
