After working in the nonprofit world the last few years in rural Colorado and witnessing the devastating impact of addiction and mental health struggles in her community, Jessica felt called to be part of the solution and joined the Redpoint team. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah with a background in business and positive psychology, Jessica spent over 13 years in healthcare staffing, helping bring access to healthcare to rural communities. Her personal experience with loss and watching loved ones struggle with addiction fuels her commitment to this work. As a mom to her 5 year old daughter Poppy, she is passionate about creating healthier communities for the next generation and being someone her daughter can look up to. In her free time, she loves spending time with her daughter, supporting local farmers markets, tending to her bees, reading, and chasing around her dog, Little Bear.
