Jeremy is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who provides therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples. He has experience working in private practice, addiction recovery, and specialized forensic treatment, helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship concerns, life transitions, identity development, and issues of meaning and purpose.

Jeremy believes that every person possesses an inherent capacity for growth, healing, and flourishing. While emotional pain can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others, he views therapy as an opportunity to reconnect with our strengths, develop greater self-awareness, and move toward a life that is more authentic, meaningful, and fully lived. His approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that lasting change occurs when insight is paired with intentional action.

His work integrates evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt Therapy, Positive Psychology, and trauma-informed care. He also draws from psychodynamic, existential, and Jungian perspectives to help clients understand longstanding patterns, cultivate resilience, and actualize their unique potential.

Jeremy earned his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University and has pursued advanced training in trauma, attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, Gestalt therapy, and Jungian psychology. Outside the therapy room, he enjoys practicing Muay Thai, spending time outdoors with his wife and their dogs, and studying psychology, philosophy, and theology.
