Alix has worked in the behavioral health field since 2016, bringing a diverse background in admissions, business development, operations, and leadership. She is deeply passionate about helping individuals find healthy, fulfilling lives and supporting them on their recovery journeys. Before joining The Redpoint Center, Alix worked closely with cross-functional teams in various roles, where she contributed to the operational development and support of client-centered programs. Her approach emphasizes empowering clients and building strong partnerships within the Colorado behavioral health community. Alix's dedication to creating streamlined, client-centered processes has made her a trusted figure in the behavioral health space. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
