Alden Paul
Primary Therapist. Glenwood Springs office.
Background
About Alden.
I am a licensed Psychotherapist (LPCC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. My approach is warm, compassionate, and deeply empathetic, firmly rooted in person-centered therapy. I began my career working in community mental health settings and later developed a specialization in crisis counseling, gaining valuable experience in helping individuals navigate difficult moments.
My goal is to provide unwavering support to you, no matter what challenges, concerns, or personal goals you bring to our work together. Whether you are seeking to explore your inner world more deeply in order to find greater joy, resilience, and vitality, or you are facing serious mental health difficulties, I am here to guide, support, and walk alongside you every step of the way. I deeply believe we all have the answers we seek within ourselves.
When I’m not working, I’m outdoors hiking, fishing, and skiing. I also enjoy reading and watching movies with my wife and our yellow lab. I’ve been lucky to call the Roaring Fork Valley home for the past ten years, although I’m originally from upstate South Carolina.
