Wyoming
Virtual IOP for Frannie.
Frannie, a quaint town nestled in the heart of Wyoming, is home to a tight-knit community that values resilience and support. However, like many rural areas, residents may face unique challenges related to mental health and substance use. The Redpoint Center’s Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a vital lifeline, providing comprehensive treatment options tailored to meet the needs of those living in Frannie and surrounding communities.
This innovative virtual program is designed for residents of Frannie and neighboring areas who may struggle to find local resources. Our flexible scheduling, with sessions available in the mornings and evenings, ensures that individuals can balance their treatment with work, school, and family responsibilities, making recovery more accessible than ever.
At The Redpoint Center, we believe in a holistic approach to mental health and addiction treatment. Our services cover anxiety disorders such as PTSD and OCD, depressive disorders, and substance use disorders, including alcohol and opioids. Our evidence-based modalities, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT, form the cornerstone of our care.
Distance is the recurring problem, not the exception. A narrative review of 15 studies of telehealth across rural American communities found improved access, lower travel cost and time, and higher patient satisfaction, including access to care those residents could not otherwise obtain. Our Virtual IOP across Wyoming is built around that reality, and it runs the same way in Frannie as it does anywhere else in the state.
Substance use and mental health
What we treat.
Mental health conditions on their own, substance use, and the two together. The same care, and the same evidence-based modalities, as in our Colorado offices.
In session
What your week looks like.
Sessions run three to five days a week, mornings or evenings, so the schedule can be built around shift work, seasonal work, school, or childcare.
Individual therapy
One-to-one sessions with your primary clinician, focused on what you are actually working on.
Group therapy
Live groups with the same peers each week. Nothing is pre-recorded, and that steady room is a large part of why the format holds up.
Family support
Sessions built to strengthen the people around you, run on video when they live an hour of driving apart.
Recovery coaching
Practical, trauma-informed support alongside the clinical hours, aimed at the week between sessions.
Access and privacy
Why this format fits Frannie.
Frannie residents can trust The Redpoint Center for several compelling reasons. Our team understands the unique dynamics of rural communities and is dedicated to providing personalized care. We utilize HIPAA-compliant technology for secure virtual sessions, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
The obvious worry about a screen is that it buys a lesser version of the program. The evidence does not support that. A systematic review of telemedicine for substance use treatment covering 13 studies, 7 of them randomized controlled trials, found no significant difference in substance use outcomes between in-person and telehealth care, with treatment satisfaction and therapeutic alliance generally comparable. The American Psychological Association describes the same pattern in mental health care, where telehealth is essentially as effective as face-to-face psychotherapy, with higher retention.
Clinicians work in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, and acceptance and commitment therapy, chosen around what you are actually working on rather than a fixed curriculum. Privacy tends to weigh heavier in a small community, where a truck parked outside a clinic is its own announcement, and attending from a space you choose removes that problem entirely. Our in-person IOP page sets out what intensive outpatient care involves in full.
