Justin Walmsley, MAMFT, MFTC, CAT is a Certified Addiction Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate graduating from Regis University with a Master of Arts in 2022. He is a Colorado native but has lived all over the world working with all ages in various roles from education, coaching, counseling, and more. Justin is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and is excited to bring mental health accessibility to a wide range of clients with diverse backgrounds and unique stories. Justin began working with substance use and Recovery in 2020 right before the pandemic. Justin is a systems therapist which means that he considers all aspects of life when assisting clients establish a way that works for them and their environment. In addition to being a systems therapist he is a proud Narrative therapist furthering systems theory to include the language and stories that provides the details and context in which we see our worlds. Justin considers himself a kid at heart and is a fan of 90’s nostalgia.
